‘The Devil’s Daughter’ is slated to be screened after the holy month of Ramadan.
Directed by Ghorban Mohammadpour, the film will be screened on Eid al-Fitr, marking the end of the holy month of Ramadan.
‘The Devil’s Daughter’ was previously planned to appear on silver screen during Nowruz holidays.
This is the second joint production between Iran and India’s Bollywood.
The director has told the media that he is to make the second sequel of ‘The Devil’s Daughter’ in 2020.
Starring Hamid Farrokhnejad, Esha Gupta, Mohammad-Reza Sharifinia and Fardin Hafizi, the film is about Satan’s daughter who intends to repent.
She is first asked to find an innocent man to bow down to until her repentance is accepted. The Satan’s daughter descends to search for the man.
